Tng Brothers Star Trek: The Next Generation Season 4, Episode 3

Data freaks out and takes over the ship. Turns out his creator instigated all this. Much chitchat ensues and Data's "brother" Lore turns up to cause a mild ruckus before it's revealed that the old man is on his last legs.
